【Announcement】 Capital Contribution Transfer of MAT VIET NAM COMPANY LIMITED

Material Automation (Thailand) Co., Ltd. hereby announces that Canon IT Solutions Inc. and Material Automation (Thailand) Co., Ltd. reached an agreement with KANTO BUSSAN CO., LTD. (“KANTO BUSSAN”) on September 10, 2021 to transfer all capital contribution of MAT VIET NAM COMPANY LIMITED (“MATV”) to KANTO BUSSAN.

Date of Agreement: September 10 2021
Planned date of transfer: End of November, 2021

As a wholly owned subsidiary of KANTO BUSSAN, MATV will continue its current business to accelerate growth and further improve its corporate value to meet all stakeholders’ expectation.
